1. Product introduction

     The CHX-(JZ) series containerized series resonance test device is to install and fix all the components of the variable frequency or modulated series resonance test device in one or two containers. The integrated wiring design of the integrated measurement and control operation room and the complete set of test devices, internal The purpose of curing the connection test line and the power distribution box, etc. is to fast transport, fast connection test, and reduce the risk of storage and transportation in the field. It is a highly integrated and fast on-site AC withstand voltage test device, which greatly reduces the cost of power engineering units. The labor intensity of the personnel of the power repair and test unit is suitable for field operations.

     Applicable objects of containerized series

-Equipped with a resonance test system for 110KV, 220kV voltage level GIS, switches, current transformers, and bushing AC withstand voltage tests;

-Equipped with a frequency conversion resonance test system for 110KV, 220kV voltage level XLPE cross-linked cables not greater than 5km;

- Equipped with a variable frequency resonance test system for partial discharge and induction withstand voltage tests of 110KV~550kV power transformers;

-Equipped with a power frequency modulation resonance test system for the AC withstand voltage test of the stator of a large-capacity generator set;

 

2. The basic layout of the container resonant system

--Container measurement and control observation room: measurement and control unit containing test equipment, such as control box or measurement and control computer, peak meter, partial discharge instrument, etc.;

--High-voltage test equipment integration area: including (without partial discharge or conventional type) variable frequency power supply, high voltage (without partial discharge) excitation transformer, high-voltage test reactor, high-voltage capacitor divider, etc.;

--Power distribution unit: involving power distribution circuits for control room lighting, air conditioning, and measurement and control rooms;

--Test accessories storage area: storage of external test cables and accessories, necessary test and installation tools, etc.;

--Electric hydraulic propulsion devices can be selected for some specifications; the equipment in the high-pressure area can be automatically moved to the outdoors or into the cabin;
