The resonance of a series circuit occurs when the frequency or inductance is adjusted to make 2пf L=1/2пfCx
( &omega;L=1/&omega;Cx), where Cx is given in magnitude.Based on the tuning method, there are series resonant equipments with variable frequency or with variable inductance.
Our series resonant equipments have been produced as early as in 1996 when FANKE is the first domestic enterprise adopting resonance technology. At present, we can supply a diversity of series resonant products or tailor-make individual solutions. Our supplied series resonant systems enable tests at a Max. voltage of 1400KV and a Max. capacity of 19500KVA.

Series resonant test systems with variable frequency enable on-site handover testing and preventive AC withstand test of large capacity and high voltage test objects.
Main applications are:

  • AC withstand test of cables of 10kV、35kV、110kV、220kV、330kV、500kV

  • AC withstand test of GIS, SF6 switchgear, CT, isolation switch, neutral point, busbar, insulator, bushing

  • Inductive withstand test of PT and test transformer

  • AC withstand inspection test

  • CVT power frequency withstand calibration test
